1. If you have a computer file of the photograph, then please e-mail it to 
. The JPG file format is preferred, but any file format is acceptable.
2. If you have a photograph and can have it scanned into a computer file, then please scan it into a JPG formated file and e-mail it to .
3. If you would like to contribute a photograph, then send an e-mail to and request the mailing address. We will scan the photograph and can either return it to you, or add it to the collection at the Post Mark Museum in Bellevue, Ohio.
Helpful information in all cases includes the City, State, and Branch name of the Post Office, the Zip Code of the Post Office, and the Date of the Photograph.
