Comment: The Federal Building and Post Office in photo, is located on 333 West 4th Street in Tulsa, and was built in 1967 with dedication ceremonies on June 23, 1967. This 12 million dollar building has a gross area of 468,500 square feet and contains a basement, six floors, and two mezzanine floors. Originally established in CREEK NATION, INDIAN TERRITORY on March 25, 1879 with Josiah C. Perryman as its first postmaster. Changed to TULSA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA in 1907.
