Comment: Berrien County. College (Contract Rural Branch of Berrien Springs, MI 49103 Post Office) was originally established on June 1, 1939 and discontinued operation on April 30, 1965 with the name changed to Andrews (Contract Rural Station of Berrien Springs) on May 1, 1965. Photo shows Lamson Hall, Emmanuel Missionary College. In 1960 this institution changed its name to Andrews University. Andrews operates today as a Contract CPO of Berrien Springs using zip code 49104. According to U.S. News and World Report, Andrews University ranks in the third tier of annual surveys of America's best colleges.

Comment: The Bookstore Plaza is shared with the campus post office, a barber shop, and a beauty shop. The Plaza used to be the college market and sold food. Now, the Bookstore primarily sells office and art supplies, and textbooks.
